Our lunch several days ago. Served with garlic fried rice, scrambled egg and fried eggplant. Would have been best with shredded mango but I was not able to get one that day. So I just settled with the eggplant which is also best with binagoongan.

Great combination. I love fried eggplants with bagoong! :)
I also like eggplants but hubby doesnt eat it so I only cook it when Im alone...surely a good combination! Happy weekend!
