unusual? maybe. but i tell you it really is yummier than pork dinuguan. this was sent by the FIL all the way from baguio. this is one of the husband's favorites. FIL uses pork blood and thinly sliced beef meat to cook this delicious ulam.

love love eating, but not much on dinuguan... well, m,asarap din ang pork, pero never tasted beef yet.
I havent cooked dinugan. Mukha kasing mahirap gawin hehehe!
