binitad na biya














The husband went to Tanauan, Batangas and brought home this dried fish. Quite expensive but worth it. Delicious. I'd say it is comparable to danggit. I think even better than danggit.

i used to hate danggit and salted fish in general but when hubby cooked it crispy and forced me to taste it....i fell in love with it! hehehehe sarap naman....wala ya dito (i think) and i don't think we're supposed to cook that here...imagine the aroma...or stink... LOL
